Our Gold Standard Pine Shaving offers incredible absorbency and sift-ability but with the aesthetic of a traditional flake shaving.  It is more sift-able than the Premium Flake and contains more volume than the Swift Pick Mini Flake. Gold Standard is palletized 45 bags per pallet and up to 30 pallets on a truckload.  Bulk truckload orders of bagged product are 1260 - 1350 bags.

The more we reduce the size of the wood shavings in the bag, the lower the expanded volume - but the heavier the bag. So, while our premium flake is our highest-volume expanded package our Gold-standard small pine flake is second. We compress 5.5 -6.0 cubic feet into our tidy, 2.3-cubic-foot bag.

Gold-standard is triple-screened to achieve a clean, smaller fiber size making it very absorbent, easy to pick while retaining the aesthetic of a pine shaving without wasting good bedding. It is a truly remarkable - beautiful and functional shaving.
