- Reduce the high costs of shipping by ordering by the truckload: the more bags per truck, the lower the freight cost/bag. Ultra-compressed plastic bags allow us to ship 1260 of them in a full truckload (if you can unload from a drive on dock, we can even ship 1350 bags in a truckload!).

- 8.5 to 9 cubic feet of shavings compressed into a 2.5 cubic foot bag.
- Effective multi screening process that removes dust to the maximum extent and leaves only the ideal medium sized flake blend which can be easily compressed.

- Store outdoors: each pallet is wrapped and capped with plastic to protect the contents from the weather.
- Bags are heat-sealed, not stapled.
Larger flake shavings compress easier than sawdust. So, you get more volume with larger flakes than you would with sawdust or finer particles. Heavier bags only tell you that the shavings are smaller and/or the moisture content is much higher.
Our shavings products are constantly monitored for consistent moisture content.
Low moisture is critical in providing high absorbency and to avoid potential mold growth.
